Welcome to Colada, a platform operated by شركة الفاكهة الذهبية لتقنية المعلومات (شركة شخص واحد), CR No. 1009115694. By accessing or using our application, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Overview of Services
   Colada is a meal discovery and savings platform that helps users identify popular meals offered by restaurants, access exclusive discounts, and earn cashback for dine-in or pickup orders. Colada does not provide delivery services and is not a food preparation or fulfillment entity.
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use Colada. By registering, you confirm that:
   - You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
   - The information you provide is accurate and complete
   - You will use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized
3. Account Registration
   Users are required to provide a valid Saudi phone number to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, including verification codes or device identifiers. Any activities under your account are your responsibility.
4. Offers and Cashback
   Colada partners with restaurants to display real-time offers, including fixed discounts and cashback rewards. These offers are:
   - Subject to change or cancellation without prior notice
   - Valid only for in-app redemption during checkout
   - Available only at selected branches and during specified time periods
   - Not combinable with other promotions unless explicitly stated
   Cashback will be credited to your Colada wallet after order confirmation and verification, and may take up to 7 days. The wallet can be used for future purchases but is not redeemable for cash.
5. Wallet & Transactions
   Your Colada wallet is non-transferable. We may deduct amounts from your wallet in the event of:
   - Order cancellation
   - Abuse of referral codes or offers
   - Fraudulent activities
   Wallet balances may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
6. Referral Program
   Colada may offer referral incentives. Users may:
   - Refer friends using their unique code
   - Earn bonus wallet credit when referrals complete qualifying actions
   Referral bonuses may be withheld or reversed in cases of suspected abuse.
7. Restaurant Listings & Responsibility
   Colada works with third-party restaurants. We do not:
   - Prepare or serve food
   - Guarantee the accuracy of menus, pricing, or item availability
   - Accept liability for food quality, allergen contamination, or hygiene issues
   Issues regarding food must be handled directly with the restaurant.
8. User Conduct
   You agree not to:
   - Use Colada for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
   - Reverse-engineer or extract data from our system
   - Impersonate any person or entity
   - Exploit bugs or errors in our service
   Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content, including logos, designs, images, and trademarks, are the property of Colada or its partners. You may not:
   - Copy or reproduce any content without permission
   - Use Colada branding in a misleading way
10. Termination & Suspension
    Colada may suspend or permanently disable your account without notice if:
    - You breach these Terms
    - Fraud or misuse is detected
    - Required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies
11. Liability & Disclaimers
    To the extent permitted by law, Colada is not liable for:
    - Losses due to service interruptions, delays, or system errors
    - Disputes between users and restaurants
    - Loss of wallet credit due to user negligence or unauthorized access
    All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
12. Modifications
    Colada reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users through the app or email. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through Saudi Arabian courts.
